Very Good

Beach was excellent, water was very warm and calm ideal for kids. Clean rooms. Beach bag part of the equipment. Nice restaurant with good kids menu.

Breakfast restaurant could have more capacity so people don't have to wait in queue. Could be more restaurants in the hotel permisses, there is just one restaurant with a limited menu (decent food though). A minor refresh of the hotel facilities would be in order. Aircon in the entrance hall / reception please :)

Nice family vacation option

Fantastic beach, quiet location, super friendly staff, expansive property. Very good watersports offerings from the hotel, kids entertainment was also good albeit more focused more on very small kids. Taxi service and a 7Eleven were just outside of the gate, which was super convenient.

The breakfast was so so. Wished for a wider variety of healthy food and drinks. All staff were exceptionally friendly with the exception of the (Western) Manager who was rather reserved and also didn’t really engage with the guests.

Amazing value for money

Amazing facilities, amazing kids club, amazing staff. We travelled one month in Thailand and it was our most favorite place

The only problem is that the resort was so great so we didn’t feel like going to see Krabi itself

We loved the hotel, has large rooms with rain shower, beautiful grounds and its own beach… The beach was always mostly empty with amazing sunsets. The whole area is on the quiet side. We had a great stay!

Great start to the vacation!!

Beautiful property, great location, staff really helpful and friendly. Fantastic views.

Quite spread out, this might sound picky but some of the paths to different parts of the property take you a long way out of your way. Not very direct routes to the different sections.

More a good 4 star hotel than a 5 star

Great breakfast specially because who is on a Club room as their own lounge to have it. The staff is very attentive and I want to make a special thanks to Tan from the reception desk by the way she help me on an issue with Booking.com. The beach has enough sun chairs for everybody despite once I´ve been warned by a member of the recreation staff, without any kindness, that I´ve moved the sun chair too far (about 2/3 meters of the trees) and that was a protected area!When I ask why other sun chairs were in the same line of mine he start talking on the walkie-talkie to his superior who had other better manners to explain it. I only didnt give maximum mark to staff evaluation because of this episode. The beach is really quite and calm and if you go to the right side you can find some beach restaurants and a little shop with great smoothies.

A 5 star hotel specially when is located far from the main centers must have a free shuttle to the city as complementary service, which is not the case. The facing views rooms as mine are too far from the beach. On the beach should exist a bar but no, only a member of the staff that time by time goes there with a menu at the hand waiting for any order (its not the same as have a beach bar when can order at any time). On the breakfast on the club lounge the mango fruit has to be order contrary to the other fruits that are exposed. Mango fruit is one of the main fruits of Thailand and you can find it everywhere almost for free. Its not supposed to be something so special that you have to order it.

The excellent omelett for breakfast, the hot pot of tea the smiling staff served, the long pool, the sunset at the corner of the garden, the birds and water monitors walking around on the grass, the tennis court, the training facilities, not to mention the spa..

Best vacation ever.

We loved the extra facilities available for us, for example, they had whole sports/gym area with badminton, table tennis, gym, muay thai and a tennis court. We had so much fun playing everything. And the complimentary proseco to start off our stay was a wonderful surprise.

It was just a little far from the town, but its okay.

Exceptional!

Huge beds, great pools, lots of activities, staff were always incredibly friendly and helpful, nice resort bars and restaurants (cheaper local options just outside) Lots of options at breakfast. Exactly what we hoped for from our stay there for the price. We were lucky the resort was quiet when we were there. Thank you for the stay!

Cannot complain about anything. Netflix on the tv would have been a nice bonus but that’s being very very picky!
